What happens to your photo
It is analysed in memory and never stored.
How it is read
- Your phone shrinks it to a small JPEG first. Cloudflare Workers AI, on Cloudflare's infrastructure, reads the garment's type, colour, style and formality. Then the photo is discarded.
- Not in our database, not in file storage. We keep only what we read, for example "cream ethnic kurta, formality 3", so we can build looks around it.
Steal the look
- We read only the clothes and accessories, find similar catalogue pieces and discard the photo. Nothing we read is saved, and it is never used to identify anyone. Please only upload photos you have the right to use.
Clothes only
- Photograph clothes only. DesiFitCheck does not analyse faces or bodies.
What we do keep
Four small things. None of them is your photo.
- Every look we build.Saved with its items, the occasion and a short link, whether or not you share it.
- A session ID.A random ID your browser keeps in local storage. Not linked to your name or device.
- Events. That a session visited, uploaded a photo, viewed outfits or shared one, with the time.
- Clicks. When you tap a price, we note which product and look it came from, then send you to the retailer. The click ID goes to the affiliate network so a purchase can be credited to us.
We use this only to count visitors and see which looks help. We don't sell it.
Build and skin tone
Optional, kept on your device, never stored by us.
"Tailor to you" lets you pick your build, height, skin undertone and skin tone. You choose them yourself: we never read them from a photo. Your browser keeps your picks in local storage and sends them with each request for looks, where they only change the order of pieces we suggest. We don't save them with your looks, in events or in logs, and a shared look never shows them. Tap Clear in "Tailor to you", or clear this site's data, to remove them.
How we earn
Buy links can pay us. It never changes your price.
Items link to retailers such as Myntra, Ajio and Nykaa Man. We may earn a commission when you buy through these links. You pay the same price. Looks are chosen by our styling rules, not by what pays more. Purchases happen on the retailer's site under their own privacy policy, and prices and stock are set by the retailer.
Cookies and analytics
DesiFitCheck sets no cookies and has no accounts.
There are no third-party ads, analytics or trackers. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to serve and protect it.
Clearing your data
Clear this site's data in your browser and the session ID goes.
You get a new one on your next visit. Because we hold no contact details, we can't link logged events back to you.
